Andrew and his team carried out the refurbishment and extension of a large semi-detached private house in Primrose Hill in 2007/8 for which we were the architects and designers. The project included the sensitive restoration of many period details (staircase, panelling, skirtings, doors and cornices etc) and the creation of a very contemporary open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the lower ground floor and extensive landscaping and external works, including an infinity lap pool. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and the attention to detail and commitment from Andrew himself exemplary.
I cannot recommend Capital enough. I will certainly use them on future projects. A very professional team which is so important as i work on large often Listed Houses.
